Vacancy – Service Desk Manager

Our leading Client based in Cambridgeshire are looking to recruit a Service Desk Manager.  This positions will suit a hands on experienced Manager ideally with 3rd Line Technical experience.

Someone who can manage a team of 1st and 2nd Line Technicians. The successful applicant will need to be able to implement process and continue with guidelines set out by the business.
