Vacancy – 1st Line – Helpdesk Support

Our leading Client based in Cambridgeshire are looking to recruit a 1st Line Helpdesk Technician.  This positions will suit a recent Graduate or someone who has completed an Apprenticeship in IT. Maybe you have a passion for all things computing and are looking for that opportunity to get into your 1st IT role but have very little commercial experience? this role could be for you!

You must have a practical knowledge of current IT Systems and Hardware and have great customer service skills.

This role will require you to provide Internal support to multiple sites across the UK, this may involve email or phone support. You will also be able to follow standard call logging process and be able to keep inline with agreed KPI’s and SLA’s.
