Our leading Client based in Cambridgeshire is looking to recruit a talented 2nd Line Support Engineer to add to the team at our offices. The company is a leading provider of outsourced IT and cloud services with a strong and rapid growing client base
You will be required to report to the Service Desk Manager on a daily basis. It’s a busy working environment and therefore a high level of organisation and motivation is required. This is a customer-facing position and therefore an excellent telephone manner is required and the ability to confidently discuss work with clients in person is essential.
