Vacancy – IT Account Manager

Our leading Client based near Diss are looking to recruit a Customer Liaison/Account Manager.  This positions will suit a confident, customer focused candidate who can work to time scales and deal with clients over the phone and via email.

You must have an understanding of the construction industry and may have worked for a merchant or in a similar environment.

In this position you will be dealing with clients, working with in-house software, answering quires and raising questions with the client and working in a small team for a rapidly growing business.

Ideally you will have strong IT skills working with Microsoft packages and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
